At Cap-Z Australia, we want you to love your headwear and apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded unless they are faulty.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is within the 30-day return window and remains in its original condition with all stickers and tags intact.

  • 2.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Pack and Post

    Securely pack your items in a sturdy box to prevent crushing and send them back to our Queensland warehouse using a tracked postal service.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
